  • 5 Home Fragrance Products Reduced In Aldi!

Like some of the skincare products reduced in price in my local Aldi, I’ve also found some of their home fragrance products reduced as well! Both of these lines came into store at the same time, and probably on their way out to make way for Christmas and Winter related items. So if you’re looking for some home fragrance products for your home, or for gifting, this is what I recently found in my store:

Home Fragrance Products Reduced In Aldi
    Reed Diffusers

I spotted two fragrances available, with one being Glow Up. Glow Up’s fragrance sounded appealing, as it consisted of citrus, neroli, sandalwood and vanilla. Nicely packaged, doesn’t scream a particular season which is good for generic gifting. Originally was £3.99 down to £2.99.

    Glow Up Reed Diffuser
    Candles

These candles were in the same fragrances as the reed diffusers, but I only spotted Glow Up and Sweet Dreams. Sweet Dreams being more relaxing in feel with scents of lavender, geranium and rose. Boxed, stylish in look and down from £3.99 to £2.99.

    Sweet Dreams Candle
    Tealights

There were a few different fragrances available in these tealights when they first dropped in my local store, but only Toasted Marshmallow Fireside was available to purchase most recently. Very much an Autumn/Winter fragrance and nicely packaged. Down from £2.49 to £1.99.

    Toasted Marshmallow Fireside Scented Tealights
    Bubble Candle

Not fragranced, but the Bubble Candle is a great eye catching shape! Fun, quite sizeable and something interesting to look at. Down from £1.99 to 99p.

    Bubble Candle
    Pumpkin Shaped Wax Candles

Containing 3 x 150g orange coloured pumpkin shaped candles, this set is definitely for the Autumn lovers and those who like Autumn decorations. Not fragranced but very cute in look. Down from £3.49 to £1.99.

    Pumpkin Shaped Candle Set

What’s available stock wise may vary in each store. So always worth keeping your eyes open if any of these home fragrance products appeal to you, especially at these prices!

  • Skincare Products Reduced In Aldi

Who doesn’t love a sale when items are reduced in price? We all do! Saving money on products you were tempted to buy a few days or weeks ago and now are a few pounds cheaper surely is a great find? I went into my local Aldi and found some of their own branded Lacura skincare products reduced in price. So how much did they cost?

    Skincare Products Reduced In Aldi
    Lacura’s Intensive Eye Cream

Moisturising, smoothing of the under eye area and includes vitamin A, B5, C & E complex. Down from £3.99 to £2.99.

    Intensive Eye Cream
    Lacura’s Whipped Moisturiser

This moisturiser seems like a face cream that is light in texture but very hydrating on the skin. Down from £6.99 to £4.99.

    Whipped Moisturiser
    Lacura’s Pineapple Microdermabrasion Scrub

Designed to be a gentle but effective exfoliator, which should leave skin smooth and brighter in appearance. Down from £3.99 to £2.99.

    Pineapple Microdermabrasion Scrub
    Lacura’s Exfoilating Glycolic Treatment

Another exfoliating treatment product but contains glycolic acid, lemongrass and prickly pear. Down from £5.99 to £3.99.

    Exfoliating Glycolic Treatment

Do any of these products and prices tempt you? The prices are great and Aldi‘s Lacura ranges are really good quality skincare products so definitely worth a try!

  • New Skincare In Home Bargains!

Some people love skincare and enjoy using products. Some people buy and use it because it’s part of a daily routine. I’m definitely the person who loves it, but I also appreciate the fact everyone’s budget and needs are different when it comes to skincare. Not everyone has the disposable income to spend on luxury lotions and potions, or even want to. So cheaper alternatives are welcome. I had a walk down first aisle in Home Bargains to see what new products they had and how much they were. So what did I find?

    New skincare in Home Bargains
    Beelicious Cleansing Jelly

I’ve never heard of this brand before. I don’t even know how good it is but Beelicious will appeal to some people. This brand/range includes a Honey & Squalene Cleansing Jelly. Not much on the packaging information wise on the product. But I assume it’s designed to be a non-stripping, hydrating, gentle but effective cleanser. £3.99 for 200ml.

    Beelicious Cleansing Jelly
    Beelicious Face Serum

This serum should be easy to slot into any skincare routine. The Beelicious Face Serum seems to have some soothing ingredients in this (aloe vera, honey) which should also hydrate. I don’t think it’s geared towards anti-ageing or specific skin concerns so quite generic. £2.49 for 50ml.

    Beelicious Face Serum
Beelicious Vitamin C & Niacinamide Face Cream

Containing vitamin c and niacinamide, these ingredients can help give skin a glow by improving the texture and tone of it. So this Vitamin C & Niacinamide Face Cream should not only moisturise but help the skin look healthier. £2.99 for 50ml.

    Beelicious Face Cream
Revolution Skin’s Medowfoam Milk Oil Cleanser

This isn’t a recent new edition to the shelves of Home Bargains, but I thought for the brand and price it was still worth a mention. Revolution Skin’s Medowfoam Milk Oil Cleanser looks great for those who like a more luxurious cleanser and possibly have a more drier skin type. Great to use as a general cleanser but also a make-up remover, whilst leaving the skin clean, soft and smooth. £1.59 for 200ml.

Revolution Skin’s Meadowfoam Milk Oil Cleanser
    Whind Brightening Overnight Eye Mask

Whind Brightening Overnight Eye Mask is an eye product that aims to brighten the under eye area, help with puffiness and smooth out this area. With ingredients to help with these results such as caffeine, meadowfoam seed oil, reishi mushroom and niacinamide. £3.99 for for 15ml.

    Whind’s Eye Mask

Did any of these grab my attention? Price points were good, loved the packaging but the only product I’m drawn to is Revolution Skin’s Medowfoam Milk Oil Cleanser. I don’t just like it because of the low price point but I like the sound of the cleanser in general. It’s also a brand I know with a decent set of ingredients.

  • Affordable Christmas Stocking Fillers In Tesco

Supermarkets are a great way to not only do everyday shopping but also gift shop too. These days they sell a variety of different products which makes buying gifts for people, especially for Christmas, an easy and sometimes inexpensive thing to do. Recently I went into my local Tesco to see what they had available for stocking fillers, Christmas Eve boxes and small gifts in general. So what did I find and how much did each item cost?

Affordable Christmas Stocking Fillers In Tesco
Treacle Moon’s Spiced Gingerbread Biscuit Shower and Bath Gel

I’m a fan of Treacle Moon shower and bath gels. Not necessarily for gifting but for everyday use. They’re fun, great fragrances, good sizes and very affordable. But their seasonal Spiced Gingerbread Biscuit Shower and Bath Gel is such a seasonal treat this would make a great addition to a stocking, Christmas Eve box or hamper. £2.00 for 500ml.

Treacle Moon’s Spiced Gingerbread Biscuit Shower and Bath Gel
Treacle Moon’s The Fabulous Four Gift Set

If you’re looking for something a little bigger and more gift like from the brand Treacle Moon, they currently have a gift set called The Fabulous Four in store. It contains 4 different shower and bath gels (Raspberry Kiss, My Coconut Island, Sunny Brazilian Love and Spiced Gingerbread Biscuit) which are nicely boxed and packaged up. Treacle Moon’s The Fabulous Four Gift
Treacle Moon’s The Happy Collection Gift Set

Another great value set from Treacle Moon, but this time the contents are a little more varied. The Happy Collection contains a bath bomb, body mist, shower gel and hand and body creme. Great for top to toe pampering. Usual price is £13.00, with Clubcard £6.50.

Treacle Moon’s The Happy Collection Gift Set
Lee Bancroft’s Rest & Recharge Sleep Set

Leo Bancroft’s Rest & Recharge Gift Set
Lee Bancroft’s Ultimate Hair Accessories Scrunchie Set

4 large and 4 small satin scrunchies is what you would get within Lee Bancroft’s Ultimate Hair Accessories set. My teenage daughter would love this, and so would many other teens and other various ages too. Priced at £8.00 down to £4.00 with Clubcard.

Leo Bancroft’s Ultimate Hair Accessories Scrunchie Set
    w7’s Silky Knots Large Scrunchies

Another small and cute stocking filler for those who love a scrunchie, this set only contains 3 but the packaging screams gifting. Nicely presented and the cost won’t break the bank. Price is £5.00 without a Clubcard, but with £2.50.

    w7’s Silky Knots Large Scrunchies
    So…? Escapes Body Mist Set

So…? fragrances are winners in my house and one of my daughter’s favourite body mists. This set contains 4 body mists, each a different fragrance (Ibiza Dreams, Bali Breeze, Mykonos Nights and Venice Kiss). Each one is 50ml in size, so great to travel with. Usual price is £10.00, Clubcard price £5.00.

    So…? Escapes Body Mist Set

I would quite happily buy most of these for family or friends, or even myself at the Clubcard prices. At full price? Probably not. But at these special prices they are affordable, inexpensive and great buys. You can pick thee up in your local store, or even order online.
