Marks & Spencer, as a store, is known for selling food, clothing and homeware. But what about beauty? Body care? Fragrance? If you’re able to visit a large Marks & Spencer, you will find a beauty department selling various different products. But even in a smaller store, even the ones that focuses purely on food, you will find a small section of personal care items available. My local store, a food hall, stocks a variety of different products. So what did I find?
Fragrance & Body Care Products In Marks & Spencer
Fragrance Mists for Body & Hair
Most people love a fragrance mist, and Gem fragrance mists will probably be loved too. These come in three different fragrances:
Roasted Almond & Toffee – buttery toffee and sweet almond.
Santal – earthly sandalwood subtle spices.
Coconut Vanilla – coconut milk with exotic vanilla.
£5.50.
Roasted Almond & Toffee Fragrance Mist
48hr antiperspirant dry spray
These come in the same fragrances as the fragrance mist, which is great if you want to layer. Each one contains no alcohol but does contain shea butter, vitamin E and hyaluronic acid. This formulation is designed to to be hard working on sweat and odours but also be gentle on the skin. £3.50.
Coconut Vanilla Antiperspirant Dry Spray
Roll on deodorant
Same fragrances as the fragrance mist and the dry spray. Similar properties as the dry spray e.g the moisturising ingredients but in roll on form. £3.00.
Santal Roll On Deodorant
First thoughts?
I like the fact all three products come in the same fragrances. All three fragrances tick my boxes as these are my type of scents. But not very spring or summer like, except for Coconut Vanilla. I’m not sure if there’s more fragrances available and they’re store dependant. Two of these seem more suitable for autumn/winter wearing and I would love to see more floral and fruity based fragrances ready for warmer seasons. How these are packaged are simple but not in a cheap looking way, quite sophisticated. And price point? Not the lowest prices I’ve seen but definitely not the most expensive.
A nice selection of products I would happily buy and try!
I can’t express enough how much I love a bargain! There’s nothing more satisfying than buying items that you would happily buy at full price to find they’ve been reduced. Although 2026 is a year I’m trying to be more mindful of how much money I spend, I still want to save money on as many purchases I make as possible. A recent trip to my local Bootshad me walking out with an armful of discounted goodies. So what did I find and how much did it cost?

Ineos Manadrin + Sandalwood Body Wash
Not a brand I’ve used before but I’ve heard of it. 300ml of a body wash that is designed to be moisturising, fragrant, containing natural oils, combat odours and keep the body cool. I love the sound of the fragrance of mandarin & sandalwood. It sounds comforting and clean. And the packaging is unusual, stands out and something both men and women would happily have in their bathroom. Original price £3.00, reduced price 75p.

Treacle Moon’s Peace In A Flower Body Scrub
Floral, feminine and almost perfume like, this body scrub smells so pretty! The formulation, if anything like other scrubs from this range, will be an effective exfoliant and leave the skin soft, smooth and moisturised. I’ve used scrubs from Treacle Moon before and loved them, so I know this will be great. I’m not sure how much Boots retailed this for, but on Treacle Moon’s website this is priced at £3.00.Bootsin store clearance price? 75p. (matching shower & bath gel available).
Treacle Moon’s Peace In A Flower Body Scrub
Treacle Moon’s Rouge Love Story Body Butter
I’ve just finished this body butter and it’s a delight! (see review here). It’s a beautiful body butter. Good size at 200ml which will provide fragrance and moisturisation on a daily basis. At Boots this normally costs £4.99 but current price reduced to £2.49. How much instore? £1.25! (matching shower & bath gel available).
Of course I did! I bought 2 each of the body wash, body butters and body mists. And 3 scrubs. So what am I going to do with these? If I don’t keep them for myself, which is a strong possibility, these will make great gifts. I bought these with people in mind. I’m happy I found these at the prices I did because saving money in 2026 on purchases I was going to make is what I’m after!
*Instore and online prices may vary. At time of publishing post these were available in my local store at mentioned prices but may change or vary in other stores*
In August, I signed up for a Lotions & Potions December Pamper Box. I’ve bought and used many products from this business before, and one of my favourite things to purchase is one of their monthly boxes. Each month, a new box is released filled with various products e.g haircare, body care, skincare or bath and shower. The thing is, you never know exactly what you will get. But what you will know is it will contain A LOT of products, all great quality and all great value. So what did I get in December’s Pamper Box?
Lotions & Potions December Pamper Box
Winter Warmer Sugar Scrub
Fragrance wise, you can imagine with it’s name, this will be perfect for the time of year. Cinnamon, cloves and orange, if this doesn’t scream winter nothing else will! This scrub is jam packed with sugar particles, squashed in a pampering and thick formulation, which should exfoliate and moisturise the body at the same time.
Winter Warmer Sugar Scrub
Frankincense, Gold & Myrrh Jumbo Bath Bomb
Round, quite weighty and baby blue in colour, this bath bomb is seasonally scented with an almost perfume like fragrance to it. Sweet, citrusy, comforting and warming. Plain in look, but I think this will create a great bath time experience.
Frankincense, Gold & Myrrh Jumbo Bath Bomb
Cosy Winters Night Whipped Soap
A bright and rich looking whipped soap lightly sprinkled with star decorations and a touch of glitter. This is going to be ideal for those who need and want a richer product to wash their body with. Dry skin should love this, and those who like richer textures of body products like me will too!
Cosy Winters Night Whipped Soap
Winter Warmer Soap Sponge
A soap sponge is an easy and quick way to wash the body. Already infused with soap and fragrance, literally grab, place on damp skin and wash away! Winter Warmer Soap Sponge smells amazing and a great partner to the Winter Warmer Sugar Scrub scent wise. This smells spicy and uplifting. The cinnamon in this has a fiery kick to it which I enjoy.
Winter Warmer Soap Sponge
Cedar, Black Pepper & Patchouli Gold Shimmer Body Wash
100ml of body wash that can be used in the bath or shower, housed in a pump action bottle. You can see the fine gold shimmer in the body wash, which is fun. The fragrance will probably appeal to men more as it’s very woody and masculine, and still very fresh and clean.
Cedar, Black Pepper & Patchouli Gold Shimmer Body Wash
Spiced Whisper Body Wash
Spiced Whisper Body Wash has a spicy citrus scent to it. Quite different to the other body wash, and may appeal to more people as its less specific. Another 100ml product housed in a pump action bottle, which makes using and leaving in the bathroom practical and easy on the eye.
Spiced Whisper Body Wash
Cleansing Face Balm
Perfect product to cleanse the face if you want the richest and thickest form of cleanser. Very typical balm like consistency, which is solid, almost Vaseline like and will melt on skin or in fingertips.
Cleansing Face Balm
Glittering Hydration Mask
This mask is very unusual in its texture. Almost jelly like and full of glitter giving it a copper coloured look. If you want a fun mask but one that’s designed to hydrate the skin, this could be the one!
Glittering Hydration Mask
Cookie Dough Lip Butter
Hydrating and in a fun, yummy flavour/fragrance, this lip butter is a lip balm which contains various oils and butters to keep lips supple and smooth.
Cookie Dough Lip Butter
Fame Perfume Balm
A balm formulation that is highly fragranced and a different way to wear fragrance compared to a spray or oil. Great for the pulse points, moisturising on the skin while giving fragrance without drying it out. The heat from the skin will help the balm melt and allow the fragrance to really come alive and travel.
Fame Perfume Balm

I LOVE vanilla! It’s one of those scents that I’ve loved for as long as I can remember. It’s comforting, soothing, sweet which is just what I like from a fragrance. Surely I can’t be the only one who loves vanilla? Here are a few vanilla fragranced products for the home and body that has caught my interest (and maybe my basket!) on the high street:
Everything vanilla!

Cristalinas Spiced Vanilla Latte Reed Diffuser
These reed diffuser may look small, but their fragrance is mighty! I know…I’m currently on reed diffuser number 3! Spiced Vanilla Latte is a delicate blend of creamy vanilla, coffee with a hint of spice. Its not heady like many versions of this scent, which I think is ideal. Available from many places including the supermarket ASDA. But cheapest place I’ve seen this is from Home Bargains for £1.99.
Cristalinas Spiced Vanilla Latte Reed Diffuser
Radox’s Vanilla Cookie Bath Soak & Shower Gel
Radox is THAT dependable everyday brand for bath and shower care products that many of us love and use. Vanilla Cookies isn’t an everyday fragrance that’s on the shelf throughout the year, but is a winter edition so possibly limited. Bath soak is £1.49 for 500ml, shower gel 250ml for 99p. Both found in Home Bargains.

Tiger Moon’s Vanilla Orchid Body Mist
This body mist is a delight! It’s feminine, with vanilla, white florals, sandalwood and amber mixed together. This is one of those fragrances that stands out because even though it’s a body mist, it smells more like an actual perfume. £2.00 for 100ml in ASDA.
Tiger Moon’s Vanilla Orchid Body Mist
So, if you’re a vanilla fiend like me, these products will keep you going for a while. Lots are available on the UK high street without a massive price tag, so happy shopping!
