The end of the school year is creeping up for families and schools in the UK. It’s an exceptionally busy time thanks to a mix of different events before school gates shut for the Summer. One thing many parents will be rushing around grabbing within the next 2 weeks are gifts and cards for their children’s teachers. If you know me or/and read my blog posts, you would have guessed I sorted out our gifts ages ago! Just in case you are looking for some last minute inspiration, here is what I bought my daughter’s two primary school teachers for the end of this week.
Simple’s Pollution Protect Sheet Mask
I picked this up for 49p in Home Bargains a few months ago. I opted for this because I’m not sure of my daughter’s teacher’s skin types and it’s a safe option. No fragrances are included, no alcohol and colourings. Ideal for skin which could be sensitive so okay for all skin types. The Simple masks I’ve used have been very moisturising and nice on the skin, so I thought this was a good and exceptionally priced buy.
The Body Shop’s Bath Bubble
I’ve used these many times and enjoyed them because they’ve created fragrant and enjoyable baths. Only £1.50 each and available in a variety of fragrances. So not only a great quality product, but an everyday affordable item too.
The Body Shop’s Body Butter
When The Body Shop had a sale late last year/beginning of this year, I bought these knowing these would be teacher gifts. Most people love a body butter, and these were the perfect small sizes (50ml) to use as a try me. Or possibly ideal travel sizes if teacher’s were going away during the Summer holidays. £2.00 each and a great body product I’ve loved using myself in different fragrances.
Dr Organic’s Body Wash
Another item bought from Home Bargains. 75ml body wash for only 49p was the icing on top of the cake for a small gift bag containing 4 different bath, body and skincare products! These smelled great and in a decent size. The full sized versions of 250ml usually cost around £6.00, so this shows how well priced this body wash was.
So for the grand total of £4.48 each (x2), this gift hasn’t broken the bank. I would hope that they’re enjoyed and is different to the usual box of chocolates teacher’s get! For under £5.00 this should give our teacher’s a little well deserved pampering, all done on a budget!
