There is nothing nicer than visiting my local Aldi store and finding new products have landed. If you’re a regular shopper to this supermarket you will know that when new skin, bath and body products come in they rarely last long in regards to availability. So if you want something, and you see it, you have to be quick because these are only stocked for a short amount of time. Have I spotted anything new in my local Aldi store recently?
Lacura’s Light/Rich Moisturising Cream
Lacura’s Moisturising Cream comes in two versions, one light, one rich. I assume this is reflected in their texture and consistency. Both can be used on face and body, with the light version being more suitable for a normal skin type and rich for dry skin. This range is a possible dupe for a body and skincare range called Weleda. This costs £3.99 for 75ml.
Lacura’s Hydrating Gel Serum
This serum is designed to improve the overall look of the skin, when it comes to texture, feel, hydration and fine lines. £4.99 for 50ml.
Lacura’s Illuminating Priming Moisturiser
Lacura’s Illuminating Priming Moisturiser is aimed at normal to dry skin types. Not only is this supposed to hydrate the skin but also give the skin that primed and ready to go look without the aide of a make-up equivalent. £4.99 for 50ml.
Lacura’s Almond Coconut Honey & Vanilla Honey Bath Nectar
Not a new product but one that has popped up in Aldi infrequently over the last couple of years. Lacura’s Almond Coconut Honey & Vanilla Honey Bath Nectar is supposed to be that decadent, indulging bath product containing actual honey, provitamin B5 and sweet almond oil. Aimed to be nourishing on the skin, pampering and creates bubbles. This looks like a dupe for Laura Mercier‘s Honey Bath. £5.99 for 300ml.
Did I buy any of these?
No I didn’t! Not because curiosity didn’t hit me but I genuinely don’t need these products. But I do like the look of these. Their price points are affordable, they seem perfect for the season we are in where our skin naturally is drier, duller and lack lustre and they will be easy to slot into a skin or/and body care routine.
