Anyone feeling and looking tired at the moment? Join my club! There’s only so much I can do to lessen hay fever symptoms and squash the general stresses of life. But what I can do, especially since my eyes are taking a battering, is buy and use products to help look more alive than dead. One product I’ve bought and currently using is Primark’s Hydrate+Revitalise Eye Patches. So, what are these like?

What are these supposed to do?
Hydrate, soothe and improve the overall look of the under eye area.
Packaging
Hydrate+Revitalise Eye Patches come in a pretty pink sachet which is resealable once opened.

Price
£1.50.
What do you get & what do they look like?
There are 15 treatments, which means 15 pairs of under eye patches. They come in a typical sheet mask type material and traditional under eye patch shape.
In use
Once I opened this sachet, I could see all the eye patches clumped together, so they needed to be peeled a part for me to use. They were soaked in serum/solution, which was good to feel, and very easy to apply. I found these were a good size, covering the whole of my under eye area and a little of the top of my cheek bones. These firmly stayed in place and immediately had a cooling effect on my skin.
After around the 8-12 minute mark it was obvious these needed to be removed because they had dried out. Yes, my skin felt treated but looked no different.
I was worried the these under eye patches could be irritating to my skin because they contain lavender extract, and also the scent could be distracting. These did neither. My skin was absolutely fine and the scent wasn’t strong although noticeable.

Recommended?
If you’re looking for some instant light relief for under the eyes, or wanting a little pamper session with affordable products, then these will do. The fact there’s so many of these means I can use them morning and night for 2 weeks. But are these amazing under eye patches? Are you wanting to see an improvement, even if temporary, on this area of the face? Then these aren’t for you. But for many people…these will do. You get what you pay for!
