There is never enough time in the day to get through all of my wax melts. But this week, possibly because of the weather, I’ve really wanted to have a cosy feeling at home. Having rooms in my home fragranced definitely helps adding to that mood. This week (over the last 7 days) I’ve decided to melt from just the one wax vendor, Fragrantasia. So what did I melt?
Summer Beach Party
Oh this is a cheeky one! It’s uplifting, it’s fruity and it definitely says Summer to me. I can’t help but think of fruit flavoured chews when sniffing this! This is a lovely scent which will make any fruit lover happy.
Magnolia & Raspberry Blush
What on earth is this magical scent? Absolutely stunning! Think of a floral based fragrance which is fresh and feminine, mixed with a soft, delicious berry note to it. This is a pretty scent, an intoxicating scent and is probably in my top 10 of favourite wax melts scents now!
Coconut & Coral
This scent makes me think of laundry inspired fragrances. Laundry scents tend to be quite fresh and clean with powdery notes to it. Coconut & Coral isn’t quite the same but similar. It is beautifully fresh and clean with an almost earthy element to it and not powdery. The coconut isn’t overly sweet but there is a little creaminess to this with a hint of tropical. A great fragrance if you love laundry scents but want something with a little twist to it.
Mint Sunburst
Imagine freshly rubbed mint leaves and mix it with a laundry detergent and this is it! Another clean fragrance, but the mint gives it a coolness which really makes this scent stand out.
Hot Chocolate
This smells like hot chocolate! Wasn’t too sure if it would but it does. This has a delicate cocoa scent to it with lashings of creaminess, with a hint of sugar and an almost vanilla edge to it. It’s beautiful! Ideal to melt on evenings when it’s cold, wet and you’re staying inside.
My Week Melting Fragrantasia in a Nutshell
I’ve enjoyed melting from this vendor this week. Dedicating these days using their wax makes me appreciate them more. I’ve used Fragrantasia for wax melts for a few years now so I know what I will get performance wise. The wax pieces are the perfect size and shape per melting session. The fragrances are beautiful and individual in scent if compared to each other. Strength and longevity is fantastic and overall the quality is what you want from your home fragrance products.
Do you want the sad news? The lovely owner behind Fragrantasia Amy is closing shop in the near future. Why? There is only so many hours a mum can look after a family, work AND have their own business. And Amy has decided the wax business needs to put to one side. Right now though the website is still up and running (at time of writing this post), so I would highly recommend making a purchase of high, quality wax melts. But from me to her, I wanted to wish Amy all the best in anything she does next and to thank her for making such beautifully scented and affordable wax products. Fingers crossed Fragrantasia will be back!
