Let’s talk masks! Masks won’t make a dramatic change to the face because they aren’t designed to do that. But what a decent quality mask can do is pamper, hydrate, plump and cool the area it’s applied to. How much you want to spend on products like this is entirely up to you and your budget. But there’s lots of super affordable budget friendly masks for the face and eyes available on the high street. Here are a few I found in Home Bargains for under £1.50 each!

Mad Beauty Face Masks
These are available in different versions, but the Mad Beauty face mask I saw was the Scooby Doo version of Velma. The mask itself should have an image of the character’s face on it, which is fun and great for fans of the cartoon/films. This comes in a watermelon fragrance, biodegradable and only 49p!

Face Facts Printed Sheet Mask
Raspberry scented, infused with coffee seed extract, this mask is supposed to firm, help reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles and hydrate. This mask has an emoji style image on it so if you’re looking for something silly, this could be it! 49p.

Stitch Face Sheet Mask
This is a must for any Stitch fan as there’s some form of Stitch design printed on it. Orange scented, moisturising and only 79p.

Miracle Beauty Collagen Mask
What makes this mask different is it comes in two parts not one. One for the top half of the face, the other for the bottom area. Ideal if you wanted to target just one area of the face during one application, and the other area another time. This mask isn’t a 20 minute pamper session. You’re supposed to wear this for up to 3 hours which is a long time! But if you’re looking for a longer time with a mask without it drying out this could be it. 99p.

Renew Bio Collagen Peptide Neck Firming Hydrogel Mask
The neck is a part of the face which sometimes we forget about, so its good to see something for this specific area. This is a hydrogel sheet mask for the neck area. Helping to hydrate, make the area look more lifted, smoother and healthier. Would this magically change this area? I doubt it. But placed in the fridge, cooling and soothing, it won’t do any harm. Another mask that needs to be on the skin for around 2 hours, so keep that in mind if purchasing. £1.49.

Renew Bio Collagen Anti-wrinkle Hydrogel Eye Mask
Helps to reduce puffiness, hydrates, helps the under eye area appear smoother and healthier (says the packaging!). Like the face mask counterpart this needs to be on the skin for up to 2 hours. £1.49.

Eternite Under Eye Patches
There’s two versions of this. One has cherry designs printed on it, the other bows. Each sachet contains 3 pairs, which is great for multiple uses. Designed to help improve the look of puffiness, dark circles and general tiredness. 99p.

I think most people will enjoy using these. I wouldn’t classify these masks as serious skincare but definitely fun skincare. Affordable, easy to use and should be fine for anyone with normal skin and zero concerns or expectations.
