Its that time of year when we start seeing seasonal changes in the stores we shop in. Out goes gardening and swimming pools, in comes faux leaved wreathes and pumpkin shaped cushions. This can be seen on every aisle, including where you find all your bath, shower and body care products. In Home Bargains, I spotted new fragrances in a particular hand soap that definitely shouts autumn season. So what did I find?
Luxury Hand Soap packaging
No other name or branding on this hand soap, except the words on the front Luxury Hand Soap. The packaging this hand wash/soap comes in is really nice. It comes in a simple pump dispenser bottle, but its the colours and designs that these come in that really makes them buying worthy. Each bottle is labelled to reflect the fragrance in image and colour form, which is very pretty.
Fragrance
This hand wash/soap comes in three fragrances (there may be more but I only spotted three). Midnight Fig & Coconut, Gingerbread Cookies and Spiced Berries.
I had a cheeky sniff of each of these. Midnight Fig & Coconut wasn’t great in my opinion. It had an old, slightly musty smell to it and it just wasn’t pleasant. Gingerbread Cookies was nice, and if you love the gingerbread scent you will love this because it smells just as you think it would. Spiced Berries was my favourite. It was sweet, fruity berry and was just nice on the nose.
These hand soaps have been available in Home Bargains for a while now, but not in these fragrances. The fragrances available were more summer scents e.g Sicilian Lemon, and they can still be seen on the shelves right now. So if the autumn inspired versions aren’t for you, there are other alternatives (stock permitting).

Thoughts?
These are so cute! I really like how these look. Its a little different, slightly old fashioned but in a good way, and very presentable. Fragrance wise good choices for this time of year. But the fig wasn’t good. Fragrances that are fig inspired can have a musky scent to them but this one, just no. Price, packaging, size, fragrance (minus fig) get the thumbs up for me! How they perform, I don’t know. But first impressions are good.
