Looking after the skin on our body is just as important as the skin on our face. Just like a skincare routine, it can be as simple or as complicated as you want and as cheap or expensive as you like. There’s a massive amount of different types of products at different price points available for everyone to buy. Here are a few body care products I’ve found in Home Bargains. All affordable, different textures, easy to use and hopefully should leave the skin on the body smooth and moisturised!
Imperial Leather’s Ultimate Moisture Foaming Body Scrub
A moisturising, slightly foaming body exfoliator from a well known body care brand. This body scrub contains sunflower seed oil, glycerin and different fruit extracts dependant on the chosen scrub. I found this in two different versions: Cherry Blossom & Almond Oil and Vanilla & White Orchid. £1.99 for 225ml.
Face Facts Body Soufflé
Ingredients included in this body moisturiser are fruit extracts, caffeine and glycerin. Texture wise this might be between a lotion and a body butter. Not as liquid and thin as a lotion, but not as solid and heavy as a body butter. £1.99 for 200ml.
Matcha Body Scrub
This sugar based body scrub contains jojoba seed oil, sunflower seed oil, sweet almond oil, olive fruit oil and green tea. This should exfoliate without stripping, dissolve easily in warm water and should be fun and pampering to use. £1.99 for 220g.
Sunkissed Body Whip
I like the fact you can see this body butter in the jar. It’s pipped in, looks thick which makes this already an inviting looking body product. I’ve seen this in a variety of different versions/fragrances, but the only one in stock the day I was in store was Bubblicious. I can imagine this being sweet, vanilla, berry, candy like scent which I personally would love. This contains shea butter, so should be very moisturising and smell delicious! £2.99 for 200g.
Face Facts Glow Oils
If you’re looking for moisturising of the face and body but with a glow, these oils could be a good purchase. Shimmer Glow Oil should leave a delicate shimmering glisten on the hair, body or face while hydrating the skin. Multi-Use Glow Oil can be used on the same areas, but provide a more satin glow rather than sparkle. £1.49 for 50ml.
